Absolutely, 100%. If you select a service at MILES and aren’t satisfied for any reason 1) we will refund your money, and 2) rewash / clean the vehicle until you’re happy!

Each of our plans that increase in price, XP1 for $12, XP2 for $18, etc., come with additional chemicals and products that are added in our tunnel.

Our XP2 for example comes with an additional six products, including wheel cleaner, underbody flush, rain off, Turtle Wax ICE polish, tire shine and a tri foam conditioner. These items purchased separately would cost $4 each, but they are just an additional $6 for all six with the XP2.

Our XP3, priced at $30, includes all of the products in the XP2, but, in addition, our staff hand dries the car, and hand cleans the wheels and tires.

Our XP4 includes a hand-applied Turtle Wax spray wax while you wait for a gleaming, slick surface only available by hand. It takes just 5 minutes to apply, and it’s only $5 more than the XP3.

Yes, at two of our locations: The Auto Spas at 100 Market Exchange Court in Cool Springs, and 855 Hillwood in Nashville on the corner of Charlotte Pike.

Interior details start with our M3, which sells for $79 and is entirely focused on deep cleaning the interior of your car. We focus on spot cleaning carpets, washing the floor mats, cleaning out all the cup holders, and hard-to-reach cracks and crevices both by hand and high-pressure air. We treat the interior with an all-purpose cleaner and apply interior conditioners as needed or desired by the customer. This service typically takes 45 – 60 minutes.

Our M5 Express detail, priced at $109, includes all the services of our M3, plus we hand wax the vehicle and treat all plastic /rubber surfaces of the exterior of the car with exterior conditioners designed for shine and appearance. This service typically takes 60 minutes to complete.

Our M6 is our top-of-the-line ULTIMATE detail, where we attempt to restore vehicles to as “like new” as possible. Deep cleaning the carpets, the upholstery, removing swirls in the paint, addressing oxidation, tree sap, etc. – whatever is needed to make the customer feel like he/she has restored the vehicle to look as good as when new. Our prices start at $189 for smaller, two door coupes, but usually end up in the mid-$200 and up range, and typically take four hours to complete.

Express washes are quicker, and focused on the exterior of the car, giving the customer the choice of whether or not to clean the interior of the car. Our customers have told us over and over that their time is most important, and these washes take as little as five minutes. Your car comes out of our tunnel sparkling clean and essentially dry.

What differentiates MILES, however, is that if a customer wishes to take a bit of extra time to clean the interior of their vehicle, we’ll provide a basket of cleaning products, including three towels (one for the body, one for the wheels, and one for glass) as well as all-purpose and glass cleaners. Plus, we offer free vacuums for customer use. And again, with our XP3 and 4, we’ll touch up and/or wax the car by hand.

As for details, we believe that if a customer has 45 minutes or more to have us tend to the interior of their car, we can do it better than anyone else. Two of our facilities offer details, as outlined above.

Many of our employees have been with us for years, and have moved into supervisory roles. Compensation depends on your experience and background, but usually includes a base hourly rate plus daily tips that normally add $3-$4 per hour to the base.

We pay weekly, offer flexible work schedules, and hire both full and part-time positions. We do perform a criminal background check.

As an employee, you will get free car washes!

Yes! Our UNLIMITED MILES programs start at just $25 per month, and range upward to $65 per month, depending on the package you choose. But if you wash your car more than a couple of times a month, these are the plans for you. You can be billed monthly to a credit or debit card, or if you prefer you can buy prepaid unlimited cards that range from 3 to 12 months at a time. These cards may be used at any of our locations.

Yes! And ours are good at all locations, they never expire and we add an additional 10% of value to each purchase. For example, if you buy a $50 card, you receive $55 in value on your card.

The MILES Club is our version of a loyalty program that rewards you points that may be converted to free washes, dollars toward details, etc. every time you make a purchase at MILES. Also, we’ll give you a free wash on your designated “special day” whether it be your birthday, anniversary, etc. Additionally, you’ll be the first to know when we run promotions, offer specials, etc. Just present your card every time you purchase a product from us and start earning points immediately. They add up quickly!

We have only one brush in each of our facilities, and it only touches your tires! Every other machine we use to clean your car is either made of neoprene (think wetsuit) or 100% wool. We would never allow a brush to touch your car. In fact, washing your vehicle in our tunnel is much safer than hand washing your vehicle, as you’re not dipping the sponge or towels back into dirty water to clean your car. The equipment in our tunnel is constantly rinsing itself with soap and clean water and will prevent swirls and paint imperfections.

Yes, we do. We recapture approximately 65% of the water that would be used to wash a car. It goes through a thorough recycling and filtering process that ensures we limit the amount of wastewater we put out, which is of course easier on the environment and saves us all water as well as waste. While we wouldn’t recommend drinking that water, a glass of our water sitting next to a bottle of water would look the same.

Yes we do. If you pay for a wash at any MILES location, we will rewash your car within 48 hours for free.
